I don't have the De Greef Concerto because the rotters at Schott & Co won't give me permission to obtain a copy at the British Library.

This is indeed frustrating, but the struggle must continue.

I know this is an old post but it might work well for my request as well. Does anyone have the "El Vito" version for 2 pianos? I just found it on a store on England and the shipping might be quite a problem.
