Looking for cast of Rachmaninoffs' Hands
on: January 19, 2007, 06:13:42 PM
I am pretty good at finding things, but have had zero luck finding a cast of Rachmaninoff's hands. Does anyone know if they are available?
Thanks for your help!

That's an interesting request.  Is it possible to buy a cast of Liszt's hands?  Or Chopin's? I know they were made but never thought about buying one myself!

They had a bunch of plaster hands in the film "Shine," and I know at least one of these belonged to Rachmaninov.  Perhaps contact the Warner Bros. props department.
