What the heck...

At first, after each post, you have to wait 60 seconds. Now you must wait 90 seconds. Why? Is is because there are too many people entering PS at one time?

its to weaken the effect of potential spammers (despite the amount of spammers we have). It can be quite the inconvienience but hey, what if a spammer does fee like spamming.]
