aww, wheres the virtuosic stuff? i was looking forward to some.in all seriousness, i didnt get to see much, for my connection is really slow now. but, from what i did see, i would have to agree with pianistimo. sit a little farther back. also, your fingers are a bit flat, so keep an eye out for that. however, you seemed to have a feeling for it, musically. keep it up!
dear imbetter, you play really relaxed and you are obviously 'into' piano playing well! the only crit i would have would be that i think you should sit back farther (maybe only an inch or two). you seem a bit crowded at the keyboard. you are tall and have long arms. i don't mind the sitting low. your piano sounds like mine. kinda out of tune. that can make any piece sound a little fragile. but, your playing seems pretty solid. if you are taking lessons - keep it up!
Ohhh, it interrupted ...But okay I have seen the famous Imbetter play now Very nice! Just a few tips: I would suggest to play with less accent on the first beat of the measure to make it sound more floating. Follow the phrases. One mistake I very often have to correct at (on? by? I never get these prepositions right ) my own students: don't rise your whole leg when you rise the pedal. Put the heel on the ground and just lift the forefoot. The ball of the foot should be on the pedal. To me curved fingers are not that important in slow pieces. That plays a role when you want to play fast. Very nice, keep it up!
some kind words from jre im very happy about this.
