ex to next - sidesplitting
on: February 18, 2007, 08:13:20 PM
usually i don't watch these shows - but today 'ex to next' was on.  this girl gets advice for better chances next time from her exs - and they set her up with who they think is mr right.  they get together at a bakery - and start to bake her famous cookie recipie.  he asks her what she does - and she says she started a cookie company.  then, she asks him and he says 'piano teacher.'  she stops dead in her tracks.  looks very serious - and then says' well, my first thought was awesome - he's broke.'  my side is still splitting.

btw, i think there is good money to be made at music as long as one sees more options that just performing, or just teaching.  maybe a combination of everything - performing, teaching, composing, arranging.

?how is it that mrs. fields is a millionaire?  maybe combining piano with cookies would be a good idea.  i've got it.  these giant cookies in the shape of a piano.  or notes.  or whatever.  perhaps even musical cookies.  i mean - that play music.  you just rip out the musical insert in the 'musical cards' and stick it in the cookie.

Hmm, musical cookies... sounds like an idea... Kinda like animal cookies, but more sophisticated, grown-up, and expensive...   ;)

We can produce a device which hooks up to a digital piano and uses the cookes like fancy punch cards!

We are going to need to make low carb, fat, sugar and calorie ones though... knowing the huge market for that kind of stuff.     :P

I'm an optimist... but I don't think it's helping...
