BEETHOVEN Diabelli Variations

Encores:
BACH Sarabande from Partita No. 1 in B-flat Major, BWV 825
BEETHOVEN Bagatelles 1-3 from Six Bagatelles, Op. 126

Such a thorough artist - thoughtful, with an incredible technique - and not afraid to make mistakes.

apparently he wanted to do it again better; he gave some sort of explanation but I was too high up to hear.

A friend of mine spent some time hanging out with Piotr.  She says he's absolutely obsessed with tea, and that no one can make tea to satisfy him except he himself.  He liked her playing.  Of course, everyone does.
