I heard Boris Feiner play this live...absolutely a good transcription!

What??

I know there IS a complete transcription, but I didn't think it was by Stravinsky.  I know the most popular Firebird to play is the transcription by Agosti, but that only has three movements.

I actually have two different versions, though they are both fun to mess with.  One is by Sam Ralphing, and the other... well, all it says is "Igor Stravinsky"

If it's only three movements it's the Agosti version and if it's the whole ballet it's the composer's reduction which he used for rehearsals with the Ballet Russe.

Idil Beret's recording on Naxos is mind-numbing.  In more able hands it might interesting.

Hi,

I'm interested in Agosti's transcription. Can anybody post the sheets please?

Thanks, Jeff
