Can anyone here help to lists any romantic and 20th century pieces for beginner to advance student?
Well, beginner here means they are learning stuff like First Lesson in Bach,  easy Duvernoy, some Beuk 40..

Also what classical stuff is good for young children?

I'm not sure on 20th century romantic pieces (even though I'm sure there are plenty out there if you look) but I would really reccomend Yann Tiersen's pieces. They are classics, in my opinion. Most of his songs lean more towards advanced but he does have a few that are simple but very beautiful/romantic.
  Definitely look him up!
