Young Pianist German Boy (help to find the name)
on: April 05, 2007, 05:49:56 AM
I wonder if anyone from Germany here remember a young talents show called "Solo" (or something like that) on the channel RTL4
One year the winner was a 12 year old boy who played "Mendelssoh Fantasy In F# minor" with great technique and musicality
He had a website with a guestbook and chat.
We exchanged emails about technique and art since he paints too.
He was building a studio and should be 19 right now or something like that.
I want to contact him but can't remember his name.

Can someone who speak German make a google search for the "Solo" show or the winner or this young pianist?

Thanks

Wow !
Thanks a lot to both! Such fast reply
I have been at a loss figuring out his name for like weeks.
His website was not easy to find even looking for Solo Voor Een Kind and Mendelssonh Fantasy in F# minor. Thanks again  :)

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow. All of these scores (220 pieces in total) can now be found on Piano Street’s Scriabin page. Read more
