Wagner’s Universe in a Pianist’s Hands

One of the most thrilling performances offered at Cremona Musica this year was the Wagner by Liszt recital given by Filippo Tenisci – Italian pianist, born 1998 and celebrated for his refined interpretations and expressive mastery of the Romantic repertoire. Choosing His mother? Sorry, that and the whole "virgin" birth thing just doesn't make sense in any case, so I don't feel that there is a question to answer here.

Best,

Alistair

Mithra was supposedly a "virgin birth" too. As well as dozens of other divinities from different religions throughout history before, at the time of, and after the time of Jesus.

They must have gotten the type from the "spear of destiny", or "Constantine's spear". Or one of the 5 fakes, unless they're all fakes. I'm surprised there hasn't been one offered on ebay.  ;D

I wonder how much it would fetch if one did.

Indeed, there are enough holy spears to supply a whole Roman Legion, enough splinters of wood from the cross to build Noahs Ark and enough holy nails to hold it all together.

I think Hitler was after the "spear of destiny". Don't know if he ever got it.

The holy hand grenade of Antioch is my favourite relic :)

Well said Sir.

The Bible is hardly unique.
