Vers La Flamme is near the top of the list for me as well. Scriabin's Piano Concerto also deserves honorable mention.

Huh, 5 actually. Now, was it a PC the person was referring to, or the 9th symphony?

Then perhaps you ought to go and try to find out (by whatever means might be the most appropriate)...

Bes,

Not possible. Not in the way I meant it. Unless I change sex. I know what an orgasm feels like, but from a male point of view. Since I do not intend to exchange organs, I'll never know what a woman really feels when she has an orgasm, no matter how many times I see one having it.

I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, but for me it'd have to be Un Sospiro by Liszt.

Liszt - La Campanella, orgasmic and strangely hypnotic
Rachmaninov - Paganini Rhapsody 18th Variation
Rachmaninov - Piano Concerto No 1 1st movement
Chopin - Raindrop Prelude, specifically the 'thunderstorm' section in the middle, tremendous build up
Beethoven - Pathetique Sonata 1st Movement, stunning, simply stunning
Brahms - Rhapsody in G Minor

I find Ravel's Bolero a very orgasmic piece.

There's an interpretation made by three pianos - Bernardo Sassetti, Mário Laginha and Pedro Burmester, portuguese pianists - that is simply fantastic.  :o

The climax of Rach op.23 no.4 is pretty damned orgasmic. And then the bars following it sound like they still have a little extra juice squirting out too...

Well, that can be true. The sonata is about sex. On the other hand, one cannot say that it is the MOST orgasmic. That would imply that the person (or Scriabin himself) is rather quick in the sack (it's a 7 minute sonata).

Unless I missed it looking through the various posts, the overly played (abused) Liszt's "Liebestraume" #3.  Hasn't it at times been "translated" Wet Dreams?

my two votes:
vingt regards 15
fantasia contrappuntistica

That was completely unexpected. I was pretty much convinced that you'd say Scelsi's Action Music and Sciarrino's 4th Piano Sonata.

I'd put in a vote for Sergei Bortkiewicz's Prelude, Op. 33, No. 7.  If you're unfamiliar with this gorgeous piece, I've posted it in the Audition Room.  Enjoy!  :)

The most orgasmic piece i've ever played was liebestraum. sometimes when i played it a few times i really get.... lol no i don't go on!

I think Liszt wrote the most orgasmic pieces, i.e. Mephisto Waltz 1, Bagatelle sans tonalité, Liebestraum, BALLADE NO 2!!!, and some other...
My current pieces:
- Clementi - Gradus ad Parnassum - No. 9
- Liszt - un Sospiro
- Mendelssohn - Rondo Capriccioso op. 14

I wonder if this thread might now diversify into the exploration of long pieces that qualify for this descriptor - i.e. those whose orgasmic nature is one of sustained length (if the women on this forum will pardon any entirely unintended secondary meaning) rather than one of comparative brevity followed by a subsiding?

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow.
