There's a different piano forum out there called "piano world."  They have a section called "non-classical performance."  That's where I think you need to be.

Not trying to imply that this particular forum isn't excellent -- or even better than the other for that matter.  Just trying to help the gentleman.

I think it's likely that someone here has it, but you should post in the "Sheet Music Requests" section under "Repertoire."
