Little piano concert - Tibor Freso

Hi everybody!
Can someone help me please?
I play this concert and it is very beautiful concert. But it is unknown thing. If somebody know this and have record of it, please you will write me. I' d like to listen it.  Thank you.

P.S.: Tibor Freso is slovak composer.
