I have no played in many years, and have just come back. Fully memorized:

Beethoven: Op. 31 No. 2 1st Movement ("Tempest")
Schubert: Impromptu Opus 90 No. 3 (G flat)
Schubert; Impromptu Opus 142 No. 2 (A)

In the process of working in, relatively advanced stage:

Chopin: Opus 38 (Ballade No. 2)
Schubert: Moments Musicaux No. 2

Reworking (i.e. have previously memorized but dropped, now working back in_:

Chopin: Waltz Opus 17 No. 2
Chopin: Waltz Opus 69 No. 2
Schubert: Impromptu Opus 90 No. 4 (A)

Obviously I am stuck in late classic/early romantic. Might also add a rework Debussy Girl with Flaxen Hair for something different...
