Upright Yamaha YUS5 vs SU7
on: June 19, 2007, 09:27:54 PM
I am located in Southern Spain and there are not many really active piano dealers here. As a result, trying to find used pianos is unrealistic, and for most brands prices of new ones will not be competitive at all.

I believe -but not sure- that the alternative of  buying  a new or used one in any big city (Madrid, Barcelona) will create  more problems than savings in the long term.

I am looking for an upright, and resulting from the above, I am inclined to buy a new piano of a widespread brand as YAMAHA, and I am hesitating between the YUS5 and SU7.  I know that I should hear their sound but again, no dealer has both in 600Km around us.

So, the question is ...., is the price difference (approx 50%) really worthy?

Thanks in advance
