yes.  long ago when what people thought mattered.  now, i play for whoever in the audience is listening and myself - and of course, finish the piece.

Yes. And I wondered why my fryken bedside table turned into a svavlov bookcase. But there you go.

No, but I've been "near death".  I fell off a 20 foot roof and landed on my back (this is the same incident where I lost consciousness as noted above).  I was in the hospital for 4 days and on my back not able to move for 2 months.
