It's nice to know Kuzmin is still around, even if I never warmed to his playing. This gives me a reason to listen again, to perhaps prove old impressions wrong.

(This too is why I can never bring myself to weed out my impractically large collection of recordings...There's always a possibility I'll want to hear something again. ;D)

 :o Now, that sounds interesting...Salome is a horrifying masterpiece I never would have thought translates (at all) to a virtuoso piano transcription. You'll have to let us know how this goes!

Jonathan Powell just played a transcription by Sorabji of it. I heard it was amazing.
