Any system will do, invent one for yourself.
For example: go around the circle of 5ths practicing each scale, relative minor (harmonic + melodic), tonic chord + inversions, arpeggios, 7ths. You could practice in a key until you meet an objective or just go at it for a week before moving onto the next key.
Very important to have an objective before you begin. Depends on where you are and what you want to do. You could aim for accuracy, do things like repeat the figuration 4X without error, or one-offs immediately without error. When it gets easy up the speed.
Or you could practice dynamics - crescendo/decresendo in infinite variety, LH cres while RH decres. pp as possible. FFFFFFF AS POSSIBLE! Accenting certain notes.
Perhaps you may get tired of doing the figurations in order and want to practice in 3rds or other variations. Maybe the chords get boring and you'd rather try playnig them as alberti basses or some other pattern.
Be creative with your approach and the possibilities are endless. Pick a system and objectives and go, any will do. I want to go practice just talking about this
