Changs book on piano practice

I assume lots of you have read this book. What do you think of it - Have you used it extensively and with what results? What's his most useful recommendations, to you?

I'm reading through it now - I like the thing about letting gravity do more work, that seems to help me getting less tension in the arms and shoulders.

I think there are probably a lot of good ideas in the book, but I didn't take anything inspiring from it.  I encourage everyone to read it, and to experiment, but to remember that the only answers will ever come from within.  it's not my approach, this endlessly physical description of things, and often in my observation serves to confuse more often than solve.  I would say, become familiar with it, not to herald it as the one way, or to refute it as wrong, but because there could be something of value in it.  I personally didn't find it.
