I suggest Piano Street include/incorporate the music of Kabalevsky.  I understand it is not copyrighted and there is a tremendous resource of pedagogical--and also some performance literature as well.  I find it a refreshing alternative to the many sonatinas that typically one hears students practice and perform.

I agree, the piano music by Kabalevsky is a great pedagogical resource but unfortunately it is all copyrighted. He died in 1987 and, as far as I know, did not publish any music before 1923.
