Hahaha....   "When you remove the weights, it really feels like a weight has been removed!!"      ::) ::) ::)
When you earnestly believe you can compensate for a lack of skill by doubling your efforts, there's no end to what you can't do.

These weights are a waste of time. To achieve the same effect in a fraction of the time try the following exercise: Place one hand flat on the table, and with a rolling pin in the other hand, repeatedly smash it against the table.
Note: To then perform this exercise other hand you will need another person to wield the rolling pin/frying pan.
“To achieve great things, two things are needed; a plan, and not quite enough time.” Leonard Bernstein

Weightlifting has always made my fingers feel good.
For us musicians, the music of Beethoven is the pillar of fire and cloud of mist which guided the Israelites through the desert.  (Roughly quoted, Franz Liszt.)

The pianist has bad scale technique! The fingers are way too straight in my opinion.

Well her fingers have to  be straight because of her ridiculously long fingernails.  Stupidity.

And she is playing the scales waaaay too slowly, doesn't show how it achieves speed, and I doubt any well known pianists in history used those... Stupid comemrcialisation!
