Need computer help
on: October 31, 2007, 08:56:01 AM
I need to convert a very large block of .txt to ASCII.

I only found one site that can do this, and whenever I try it keeps saying a script stopped working =/

Just out of curiosity: what is the ASCII version good for when you're done?

Um no.  That converts to everything BUT ASCII.  I already went there.

Anyway nvm to this whole thread.  The idiots on the site were trying to talk above their own heads and said "Convert to ASCII" which would mean to convert to hex-7 ASCII code, but what they meant to say was "Reformat to ASCII" which means changing to plain-text IE .txt or .rtf.  They want ASCII formatting, not ASCII.  I hate people x.x

or go to downloads.com and search on the words 'ascii' and 'convert', then lick on license-->free to get a list of all free programs :)
