Tchaikovsky any tips for concert?

Looking for a short Tchaikovsky  piano piece (3-5 min) which can be used as an encore

Why not an excerpt of the nutcracker transcription?

I've no idea what level you are, but almost all of the Seasons are between 2 - 5 minutes. They are wonderful miniatures and really should be played more often.  My favorites are November and February.
