First you must know what it is that is making you un-happy, then you must ask what can I do to change my situation.

I've battled with depression for many years, depression can be either mild, moderate or
severe. With mild depression all you need is to eat well, exercise and treat yourself with nights out. With moderate depression it helps if you take some herbal remedy from a health store that deal with low mood.  Now with severe depression its you against the devil, believe me you need to be tough, I'd seek professional help, definitely seek help from family and friends and take medication if the doc recommends.

Here is one of my favourite movie line " it aint how hard you hit, it's how hard you can get hit and still move forward" . Its true man, if you let it life will beat you down and leave you there, so cheer up.

I hear cutting helps. Regulates endorphin levels or something. But it's probably short-term.

Yeah, and there's the pain, bloody mess, and the scars.  I think I'll stick with burning money.  Hundreds seem most enjoyable.  I just don't know what else to do with them otherwise.

Hmm...that is quite a predicament. You're always welcome to send them to me.
