In my collection of old piano sheet music I have a piece from the early part of the 20th century called "March Militaire" by Carl Heman, and on the inside of the back cover is a one page sample of a lovely piece called "Absent Friends: Meditation" by J. Warwick Moore and I'd love to get the whole piece. Does anybody out there have this? I found an Amazon listing here but it's not available. 
 :(

Undoubtledly this is the kind of piece that is in a pile of old scores in an old piano stool or part of a huge book of Edwardian music. Finding it would therefore be a matter of luck rather than judgement.
