Who the hell cares? He'll come back when he wants to! I imagine he does have other commitments beside satisfy children on a Piano Forum.

You shouldn't pass simple judgements on people. You clearly don't know what they may/may not be thinking.

But it is strange, is it not, that you seem know, or claim to know, the complete workings of this forum right down to when threads will be locked or deleted?

And when did I say I can predict the removal/locking of threads? I predict that threads will get locked, sometimes it is coincidence. However, yes...I have a rough idea of the working of your typical forum, such as this. There are many similar forums (different genres of course).

Does that bother you? LOL...unusual how you bring that subject up when I was discussing tds making assumptions about others.

a cd comprises brahms handel variations and fugue op. 24, and mussorgsky picture at an exhibition.

two masterworks written in the later half of the 19th century: one german, one russian. monumental in size, each of them comprises set of variations (brahms) or cycle of character pieces (mussorgsky). they both end with great splendor.

No idea. It's good as long as you give me one for free!
I think I've heard the Mussourgsky, but that was orchestral. Anyway it was good but I can't imagine it on a piano.

The piano version is the original, the (most known) orchestral version is by Ravel.
