It sounded well played, but I am wondering why you played it @ 80 to the quarter note when it is marked allegro 126?

Thank you for attention and feedback. About the tempo.... the metronome is obviously not indicated by Scarlatti, and many great interpreters play here at tempo similar oe slower than mine. For example Emil Gilels: I prefer his version(s) to Benedetti Michelangeli's one; I feel here a joyful but calme, serene and coloured speaking....
again thank you and all the best for you,
Sandro

I always like your videos!  They are one of my two or three favorites, who post in the Audition Room.  You always play with lots of artistic character, even when i don't agree, I have to smile, and say the character is true.

I commented on another Scarlatti sonata today, and said I thought the performance lacked a little integrity (I didn't say this in a very critical or mean way), because it seemed one moment to want to be a harpsichord, the next to be a Romantic piano.  I like this very much, because you are committed to an interpretation, which becomes organic.  Bravo!

Dear Sandro,
Not quite a fan of Scarlati, but your intepretation
and expressiveness makes me listen twice or thrice.
As usual excellent recordings!!

I enjoyed your playing. This is a nice piece that I'm not familiar with, he wrote so many.I suppose some people may raise an eyebrow at the liberal use of the pedal in Scarlatti, but I think it works well with this piece. The one thing I didn't like was the hesitation in bar 23 where the right hand jumps up to the d.You played it fine where it repeats later on in a different key so I'm wondering if it might be a fingering issue.
