Impressive, you are undoubtedly a very flexible man. That must take a lot of training.I am just slightly concerned that in some of them you might be damaging your nuts.Thal
I reconize this one. That's the "stealth" pose. A useful skill for teaching and other similar situations.
Nice!I would only comment on your Salamba Sarvagasana(sp). It looks as if you're not completely aligned. Make sure the tips of your toes, your knees, hips, stomach and tops of your shoulders form one straight line.
Yes thats true, I think I'll skip this particular posture, I practice it some-time it does cause a lot of pain.
Oof. It shouldn't (duh, thanks Sherlock.). I would definitely stop doing it until you figure out what's going wrong... Do you have a teacher, or are you learning alone?Having looked a little closer, it looks like your problem may be originating with your chinlock. It has to be quite firm in order for the spine to straighten properly, which would alleviate any pain you may be feeling in your back.I would try doing the posture without the mat and see if it's any easier.
Zheer, I think you is kool being able to do all of this.Today i was practising yoga on the bathroom scales trying to see how heavy i was.Unfortunately my stomach was in the way, but i will keep trying.ThankzThal
very impressing
waw ! it's very impressioning lol! xoxoxoxo
I don't recommend that particular posture with-out a mat, but it does help being guided by a good teacher.
As far as I know yoga is a philosophy and should be treated as such, it often gets confused with gymnastics or some sort of sport.
Do you practice yoga.
I think, like any belief system, Yoga must be taken with salt. Does it help develop a balanced mind, healthy body and a general calm? I think so. Does it eventually lead one to transcend to some other, higher existence? Err... no.No, dreadful stuff.
I am mostly curious as to why you are wearing the cap ?
I rekon you should be shortlisted to star in the next spiderman film.Thal
I have bought a wig.I will post photos shortly.Thal
