My friend has a student sitting an exam this Thursday and she has lost her book (the teacher's book, that is).  I know this is not the best situation, but any help would be greatly appreciated.  She is playing the Valse from the collection and only has a tattered photo copy.  If anyone has a copy they can upload or email to me I would be VERY grateful.  Thank you.  My friend, the teacher, has phoned all the ergioanl book shops and everything without success.
