The edition which is "the liszt edition" is Editio musica Budapest.

This is one of my favorites...
The Henle Verlag edition is a good one, I think.

Play the bottom notes with your left hand (at B section), the Eb could be played by 2nd finger.

I think the guideline for Liszt's pieces are, as abovementioned, Editio Music Budapest, due to the comprehensive surveying.
Best of luck. Check out Horowitz's rendition of that piece.
