Well, that is because both of them are considered to be "social phobias." Which, is stupid, because everybody has a social phobia, I think. The "phobias" just show themselves in different ways. And, I have to say, I once saw a very unlikely person blush and it was one of the most endearing things I have seen. I like to remember him that way, actually, because it reminds me that despite some of the things he has said and done, he has a very nice soul. I am not going to take some stupid medication just because piano means as much to me as it does. I don't blush because I am afraid of blushing, and I doubt that the original poster sweats just because she is afraid of sweating. It is an emotional response to the circumstances.
