Chopin Op. 17 no. 4 ornaments

The Henle edition shows a trill on D in measures 23 and 47 but grace notes in measure 95.  Is there any difference in the execution?

Hey, I play them both the same way (just a quick D-E-D), but that could be simply due to my limited technical skills! However, just listened to Michel Mananes playing it on Youtube again, and they sound pretty much the same to me.
