For the first rolled chord lh 42 rh 1235 or - then rh 2 4 3 (top note fermata). When you hold out the fermata - just add two more beats or enough to where the sound fades -which will be fairly quickly since it's pp. Keep it full of suspense but not overly long.
The repeated note part could be 42, 32, 32, 32, 42, 32, 32, 32, 42, 32, 32, 32, 12 , 13 (turn from 3 = 3432354 52)
PS i think the reason my college prof suggested the rh take the A on the rolled chord at the beginning is that you have a very strong hand and strong finger (thumb) to carry through the sound - with pedal - so it doesn't matter which hand takes it - but if you're right handed it's better with the right.
The next line is trickier: 42, 32, 12, 13, 42, 32, 12, 14, 32, 42, 13, 42, 13, 42, 14, 32, 14, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 13, 52, 12, 13, 23, 52, 12, 12, 13, 52, 12, 12, 12, 31, 31, 23, 12, 34, 15,52, 13.....

Now, in measure 2 of the left hand you have C# A (41) then measure three: 51, 31, 21, 41, 51, 31, 21...repeat
The advantage of moving from the C# with the fourth finger is that it is naturally longer. You can easily tuck under the fifth finger to play the D.
Tell me if you want more.
