Kawai Digital one key not playing

Kawai 800 series has one key (lower D) that does not play when pressed. Piano is new to me and don't know what to do.  Any suggestions?

i don't have a Kawai 800 but on my keyboard it does that if i push a certain button, sorry i don't know what button because i accidently hit it but you might want to make sure nothing is locked or anything
friends are like bras, there for support and close to the heart!
