Mitsuko Uchida

What can I say?  I love her.

I first discovered Mitsuko a couple years back with her Mozart recordings.  Her interpretations of the complete sonatas and concerti are unbelievable.  Never have I heard a pianist that can play with such poise and grace to convey sound that is superior to many Mozart performers of the 20th century.  Then, she released her Debussy Etudes.  Schubert Sonatas.  What will be next?

So, what are your thoughts?
Discuss.
Criticize.

As a disclaimer, no offense to fans of other performers.  (I myself am a lover of Perlemuter and Argerich)
