Printing out a Disklavier song
on: June 10, 2004, 05:04:00 AM
I have a few floppy disks that play on my piano.  They're the Disklavier kind of disks.  I was wondering if there was any way that I could print out the notes for these songs.  My computer doesn't even recognize the floppy disk, so do I need some kind of special software?

Are the files in MIDI format?  If so, you can try downloading a free demo of a program called NoteWorthy Composer at www.noteworthysoftware.com and opening it with this.  I know it's possible to convert MIDI files to sheet music, but I haven't messed with it much.
