why is it called the "Fantasy-Impromptu" it is not actually a fantasy. it is in ABA coda structure.

Since Chopin really didn't like this impromptu, I can't imagine why he would name it "fantastic impromtu"
It' probably a lesser form of a normal Fantasy.
