well depending on what comes before that first chord, i'd do for the right hand

124 then i think its intended u hold that chord with the pedal and use ur right hand to play the F# octave, unless u have really long fingers, i see no other way around it
same goes for the left hand. with that in mind, i'd say u can figure out the rest of that bar
