I have check emusicgear.com and they sell a Casio AP33 for only $750USD, it looks really good and comparable with Yamaha's P120 in figures, what do you guys think?

I got to shout it out, since I have said it so many times before:

YOU GOT TO PLAY IT AND COMPARE IT TO THE OTHER CANDIDATES YOURSELF! DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU HAVEN'T CHECKED OUT IN PERSON!

Please check out all the other threads along the same line.

To your question: I wouldn't touch a Casio with a 12-foot pole, but that's just me ;D

I actually went to that site and took a look at the Casio AP33.  I would never buy a Casio, because, well, frankly, pianos arent calculators. lol.

I agree with Xvimbi on this one about not buying anything you havent played.  (Unless it has a sterling reputation like Steinway).

Try to check around your hometown for the model and go play on it if possible.  I am quite suspicious about digitals under 1000$, especially digitals made from a calculator company.

Imagine a calculator that played music, or a piano that added.  The white keys are whole numbers and blackkeys are the decimals....musical math
