Chopin ed. Pachmann

Has anyone got any leads towards the edition Vladimir de Pachmann made of some (not all, I think) Chopin Etudes? I've a feeling it was published by Augener. It's interesting principally for its fingerings.

Might have to be a British Library job old chap.

https://catalogue.bl.uk/F/L8TX2L74MUDHPQPAD48JXGTBSLVY7JP8PPB5KIH1H64I1Y7BA1-13399?func=full-set-set&set_number=122846&set_entry=000001&format=999

Some were published seperately but the BL has the complete version in 4 volumes. Luckily, they all have the same shelf mark, so the charge would only be £27 per 100 pages.

Copies can be obtained by completing the following online imaging request form.

https://www.bl.uk/imaging/imagingorder.html

I have filled out 236 of these and the service is excellent, but takes on average one month.

I expect that if you were lucky enough to find an original, the cost would be even greater than that of obtaining copies.

Thanks for that old chap. Should have thought of the BL - I've got a reader's card and everything!
