something like this (starting on that c)
5-3-1-2-4-2-1-3-2-4-5-2-1-2-1-2-4-5-1
1+1=11

This is a difficult passage that relies on use of the arm, to connect the notes.

I would think of mini-phrases in this passage, each ending at C natural.  That in any case is where you have to physically readjust.

Here is a fingering which reflects that phrasing: 5 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 2 -1
3-2-1-2-5-1
3-2-1-2-4-5-1

But I like gyzzmo's fingering which has the advantage of long, stable fingers on black keys.

Try this...

Starting with a 5 on the C minim: 5 3 2 1 2 5 3 2 1 2 (or 3) 5 1 3 2 1 2 4 5   and finish up the C (double dotted minim in the next bar) with a 1
