What means "1C" or "3C"?
on: November 18, 2009, 06:43:51 PM
Hi,

I'm playing "I giorni" from "Ludovico Einaudi". (
&feature=related)
at the beginning there is "1C" under the stave. Later in the song there's "3C" under the stave.
What do those things mean? Do you have to do something with the left pedal?

(Sorry if my English is a bit bad,, i'm from the Netherlands :P)

Thanks! ;D

Impact.

1C = una corda, i.e. left pedal down.

3C = tre corde, i.e. left pedal up
Instrumentalists are all wannabe singers. Discuss.
