Kawai K3 OR Kawai US7X? (Same Price)

Hi. I'm needing some urgent advice on which piano to buy tommorow.

The two pianos that I do like, and have to choose between are the Kawai K3 and Kawai US7X.

They are both going for the same price.

Kawai K3
    
    -Brand New
    -Milennium 3 Action
    -Feels a bit better than the other

Kawai US7X

    -17 Years Old (However, it has very little signs of use)
    -Milennium 2 Action
    -Sounds a bit better than the other

Neither really stands out from the other so I'm having a bit of a problem.

Any information on any of the two pianos would be greatly appreciated!  :D
