Please help me with the title of this Jazz song!

Hi guys,

I'm attaching a short Jazz track for identification - it's driving me INSANE!!  :-\

I'd really appreciate it if anyone knows the name of the song.  Sounds like there should be a lyric, and perhaps it was sung by a famous crooner at some point.
