Kemble Conservatoir vs. Yamaha P121
on: January 10, 2010, 01:34:01 PM
First of all, this is my first time here, so I'll shortly introduce myself: I'm an amateur pianist (for more than 15 years) from Belgium. I play classical pieces and also take lessons on jazz and improvisation. My girlfriend plays the violin but also started practicing the piano(third year).
The last years I had a digital piano and an upright (Klima) which we borrowed from some friends who were staying abroad for some years. Now they are back and they of course want their piano back.
So I had to find a piano for myself. I'm in the final stage of purchasing a piano and these are the two pianos I like the most in my price category: a
Kemble Conservatoire
or a
Yamaha P121
.
Though the Kemble is slightly more expensive I find it's tone much warmer and the touché is in my opinion competitive with the Yamaha.
Are their members around here who have experience with the Kemble Conservatoire?
Any suggestions are welcome!
//Regards
Tom
