Erwin Schulhoff, 5 Grotestken, Op. 21

I've already purchased this score from Ries & Erler but it is yet to arrive and I am desperately in need of the score for educational purposes. Since I have already paid for the score, would anyone in possession of a scan be able to, in good faith, send it my way?
