How to play this?
on: February 16, 2010, 03:30:26 PM
Hi guys, my name is John and i am new to the forums. I have one question, but i hope you will understand it because, i don't know the names of certain things on pianio in english. Well here goes : I paly piano for about 6 years now, i think i am quite good, i can play anything i want, but only by sheet music i have no skill in playing by ear. And here is the main part of teh question. I have downloaded many sheets, but now i am totaly confused how to play this one(it is atached to this post) There are three bars(or how you call them) two treble clefs and one bass. So please could you tell me how shouldi play this? Thanks you.

It's customary for songs (i.e., vocal music arranged for voice and piano) to be notated this way. The uppermost staff, with the lyrics beneath the notes, is meant to be sung. Only the lower staves are intended to be played on the piano.
