Rach 3 Recording Help
on: February 28, 2010, 12:43:47 PM
Hello everyone,
I’m choreographing a dance to Rachmaninoff’s Third Piano Concerto; however I can’t use the whole concerto or even nearly all of it. I’m going to use the same sections as used in the performance in the film ‘Shine’, here:
Obviously I have a problem here as when it reaches the toccata climax in the third movement it cuts out until the end of the concerto, so I don’t know what to do. What I would ideally like would be to have the exact same music as heard from ‘Shine’ but for it to simply continue from the climax through till the end.
I am so useless when it comes to technology, and I wouldn’t have to first clue as to how to edit music. If there is anyone who could do this for me, that would be fantastic.
Practically I just want the ‘Rach 3’ as heard on the performance of ‘Shine’, but instead of it cutting out I would like it to continue through till the end. I do not mind if the recordings used are taken from ‘Shine’ or from any other recording of the piece, obviously the climax through till the end will have to be from another recording, as I can’t see how else it could be done.
I am certainly happy to pay for this service as I understand how much time and effort this could take.
Thanks,
Stevj016.
