Pavanne for a dead princess (Ravel)
on: March 04, 2010, 04:36:42 AM
I am currently studying this piece and I've got some queries about the last section (labelled as !er mouvement, marquez le chant).

Ideally, I would like to play the 16th-note staccato accompaniment below the melody with the right hand. However, some arpeggios will be needed, due to the range between the accompanying note and the melody note.

Should I play some of these 16th notes with the left hand? Any other ideas?

Thanks for the advice.
