It was composed in 1903. What kind of information are you looking for?

I am thinking of learning it, would be nice to know how hard it is compared to say, a Chopin Ballad?

Well, it isn't easy.  Much longer then a chopin ballade.  And Pagodes is especially difficult.  To get the leggiero touch to those fast right hand figurations, is a pregnant dog, as they say here at pianostreet.  But it's well worth the effort - it's one of Debussy's most inspired compositions.  Soirče dans Grenade is easy, technically, but to sustain the atmosphere is no small feat.  Jardins sous la pluie is a fun piece and not that difficult once you've mastered the soft right hand accompaniment.    So, yeah,I'd guess it'd be on the same level as a chopin ballade.
